At least this one arrived, but in the worst packaging I've ever seen. Packaging more closely resembled a paper bag than a box. It was loosely held together with scotch tape, with a huge gap where the flaps are supposed to be taped together, and holes in the box. Zero padding inside. Personally when I ship electronics I try to package items to at least try and keep water out and not let the item get crushed. I don't think this seller shares that philosophy.

Took forever to ship. Works, but one of the two cooling fans was dead. Replaced both fans, costing more than the unit.
