Once received then messaged 22 Aug 12.14am saying "you know what you sent me do the right thing and refund me". On feedback now claiming the item is damaged, no proof provided and would have been fully insured by Royal Mail. Item was dispatched between 2 pieces of cardboard. Clearly just a poor attempt to keep the item and get a refund.
