    Arrived crushed. Haphazardly placed in orignal flimsy box with nothing to prevent damage of a lightweight aluminum piece. Zero communication from seller 3-4 days after I sent a message and photo showing the damage. Was able to repair the part, but only after another $12.73 for HVAC tape and a sheet of aluminum. Can't recommend buying fragile items from this seller.

    Be wary of buying heavy/fragile electronics from this seller. I bought a CRT TV for almost $350 with shipping, and they did nothing to wrap/protect it, just threw it in a box (upside down) with an empty gallon plastic bottle. So obviously it arrived damaged beyond repair. I was given a full refund right away, but now I’m having to deal with how to get this hunk of junk out of my house. Extremely disappointed in the seller’s carelessness, especially because I trusted them from positive reviews.
