    Seriously unimpressed that the seller lied about it being posted when it clearly wasn't. I bought this on 8th and paid immediately. Having waited a week I then put in case to Ebay as not received. It was marked as being posted on 15th yet it was not received until the 19th under tracked 48hr. I have had no apology, they clearly di not care. Well I don't care you're a charity no excuse for shoddy service!

    We’re sorry for the delay. The item was packed and scheduled for Royal Mail collection, but an issue with their Click & Drop service meant it wasn’t picked up as planned. It was later dropped off manually. I'm the only one handling eBay for our charity and always try my best. Apologies for the inconvenience.
