    This item is not a real McDonald's Tetris Chicken Nugget it is a generic multi LCD Tetris game in a nugget plastic case. It is good quality and virtually indistinguishable from the real one. In my pics you can see the fake one (this item) on the left and my original real one on the right. The main difference is that the real one only plays Tetris and plays the Tetris music, this fake plays Mary had a little lamb.
