The skirt looks great and appears to be an authentic Prada piece as described. The price was very fair. My only complaint is with the sizing. I ordered a size 44, which should fit like a US 8–10 or a Large. I am a size 8 and can sometimes wear a 6, but this skirt barely fits over my thighs. I own two other Prada skirts in this size that fit perfectly, so this was disappointing.
