It wasn’t ripped, just stitching missed that section zipper section. I contacted seller and was told customs did it and it’s free so not replacing or offering any sort of discount. Some of the strings broke the first time it was played so expect to buy some better quality strings but overall It’s a beginner harp. I feel overpriced for what I got considering it needs strings and a bag. Was packaged well though.
