We asked him to open a return with eBay and he would get a full refund including shipping both ways. Buyer opened the claim then closed it next day. We stand behind our product if anything doesn’t work we would take it back and give full refund including shipping both ways. Why close the return and keep the item if it wasn’t working when you offered a full refund ???
