Seller feedback (379,587)
- r***d (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI ordered a Brand New book but received one that was used and had underlining and notations in it. I contacted the seller about it (included pictures) and received an auto reply about how sorry they were that it arrived damaged. I recontacted them explaining that it wasn't DAMAGED but it was NOT what I ordered. Another autoreply about what they would do for a damaged item. Then added an explanation that they don't replace the wrong item and that I had to return it for a refund.
