    I was given a neutral rating based off of the fragrance smell as opposed to, delivery, timing, and item as described. I am not the maker of the fragrance but a third party seller. I did my job which was to ship the item with care and aslo went out of my way to ship it the out the same day, I asked for a revision from buyer without acknolegement.
