Per UPS confirmation letter regarding my missing package the seller shipped my entire order to the wrong address and name. I let the seller know several times but the seller did NOT HELP NOR REFUND and ignored the UPS notice of their error and just kept sending me the tracking # over and over and disputed the claim. It took 18 days of stressful appeals and I had to call Ebay for help to get a refund from Ebay not the seller. BAD SELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAUTION!
