Per ultimo, l'acquirente non ha comunicato nulla, utilizzando il feedback come la sua clava. Lithographies expédiées dans un rouleau de carton robuste. Qualifier l'emballage d'insuffisant relève de la pure malhonnêteté intellectuelle. Finalement, l'acheteur n'a rien communiqué, se servant des commentaires comme d'un argument.
