Reached out to the seller and didn't hear back from them until after 3 days and with our second attempt to contact. Seller took no responsibility for the poor shipping practices and blamed it on the shipping carrier. Seller did offer replacing a roll of tape on the next order but we will not be ordering a next time having such a negative experience on our first order with this seller.
