I requested to return it, they did not communicate for 5 days until I asked about my return so they opened a case and then lied about the whole thing. The headphones were my personal set, fully tested and working before shipping. When returned, there was a noticeable color difference from what I sent, raising concern they weren’t the same pair. I reported this to eBay in good faith. I’ve always aimed to be honest and take pride in handling all sales with care and integrity. I'm here to help if any issues ever arise.
