When the seller responded to this, they were apologetic and offered a return or discount to keep it. I chose to return it. When they finally responded, they wanted to email a label to me directly. I did not want a label sent outside of eBay’s control. With all of their good reviews, I think they may be a good seller, but communication and getting the item to the shipper is slow.
