His footing on the surface is unsure, and even at the lowest possible angle, he was not able to navigate the incline. He fell off the side, or couldn't grip it firmly enough to gain traction to get up. It also slipped off the car at one point. Maybe with training, he could eventually use it.

There are no instructions on how to install, and I’m not sure if all the parts are in the box. The product didn’t seem to fit in the box either. And I’m not sure this is a new product based on what I received. At this time I am upset, but not sure if it was FedEx that caused all the damage or if it was shipped this way.
