Maybe this guy is mostly legit and does a decent job for 90% of sales, but my experience wasn't what I had hoped.

Seller’s “Pre-Shipment” thus prevents the buyer from canceling, after 3 attempts of communication went unanswered. Such a scam. eBay customer service is no help at all. Just says to contact the seller, which I did three times without success, and wait yet another
