Firstly the seller had me send a pic of the rear of my factory fitted head unit to ensure the correct harness was shipped. The item arrived in a very timely manner, and was very well packaged. It came with all the items to install and a reasonably good set of instructions. Everything was plug and play and worked like a charm. This unit is quite impressive, and with the fitting kit supplied it actually looks like a factory installed unit, AAA+++
