    Value: according to your description of the sandals does not meet the description of the shoes I received. Quote: you indicated the top of the sandals were leather and the bottom vinyl. The shoes I received are vinyl on the bottom and also on the top. I would have never ordered a complete vinyl shoe. Leather yes! The style is very cute and color is perfect and matches my outfit. I read you don’t accept returns. That’s disappointing since I will never wear these. What a waste of money!
