But even though this is a model of a Dutch or German SAR boat, I figured it would work for a Great Lakes Coast Guard vessel. In fact, I now have two of these and am looking at getting a third for the port area of the layout I’m designing. I will do some kit-bashing, to update the sensors and weapons, but otherwise leave it as is. The seller packed it carefully and shipped it to me in less than a week.
