To my surprise, they were well protected by more than just one bubble mailer and there wasn’t any physical damage on the outside. My hope is that these filters have not received internal damage. Seller messaged me saying it was packed and he was dropping it off that same day. Two days later it was still not mailed. We need this for clean ice at our restaurant. If it was communicated differently we would have bought for less somewhere else and gotten it in time. We didn’t even get an apology or reason. The product was as listed. We got it in Tuesday. We won’t be buying again.
