      Seller was friendly and responsive, and ultimately things worked out. However, there was slight communication barrier and a time delay in getting the product produced. In our case, the final product had some differences from the listing description and images, which we questioned. This created an even further delay. Rather than rebuild from the beginning, we opted to settle on an agreed compromise to save time. Once shipped, the product arrived in good condition and seems to be of good quality.
