I thought one ring had lost its bearings, but it looks like it only has bearings in just one ring. I've had the rings for a while now. The rings have not tangled my flage not once, since I adjusted more slack between rings. I've had rings before and the allen screw is the way to go. The others that have hand tightened screws get the flag tangled on them. Great value and clean appearance.
