Yes it is a simple fix simply adding a piece of thin rubber between the handle and the bracket will fix that, but with the original bracket I didn't have to do that. With this new bracket I will.

This time there was only one with no way to turn the tensioner when it got put on so i had to get the nuts from the last one and put them on there to be able to turn it
