      Dishonest vendor. Item was advertised as new in box. Item arrived and had clearly been re-packaged. Original purchasers shipping label was still on the box. Product was missing parts and had obvious damage. Seller sent some of the missing parts, not all, and would give no concession for the obviously damaged item. Took weeks to get a response from seller and receive the missing parts. Tried to process a return and it was denied. Ebay and the seller really let me down on this. Avoid seller

      Terrible experience. I purchased a Wolf Hood that should’ve been shipped via freight, but the seller sent it FedEx Ground. The box arrived damaged, the pallet broken — just as I warned could happen.I reached out with photos and expressed my concerns, but the seller offered no meaningful resolution and simply said they were "working on it." Weeks passed with no action, accountability, or customer support. Very Unprofessional! Avoid this seller and save yourself the trouble of buying from them.

      I want to say that, ebay is a good platform to purchase on and have several times. The process to get money back from a non responsive seller is drawn out and takes awhile. But Seattle Appliances basically just ignored every message that I sent to cancel order and ask for a refund. the process took about almost a month. They showed pictures like it was sitting on there show room floor new in box but it never shipped and they never responded. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
