    I ordered a saxophone holder for my son on June 24th. It was supposed to arrive between June 27 and July 3. It didn't come. The seller said it was lost in the middle. But I didn't see any updates in the USPS information. So, I contacted the seller on July 5th. I requested "re-shipment." After checking the USPS tracking info (no change) a day, I contacted the seller again. Two days later, the USPS tracking info says it's "PRE-SHIPMENT." About 2 weeks after the order, I haven't seen the product.
