It was supposed to be new but chipped isn’t new to me! That is damaged goods for the high cost I paid for the plate, right at $75.00! I had to patch it with my blue paint to be able to use it to serve my dinner company! That’s dishonest as far as I’m concerned! Janice Jolene Rayburn
