I was supposed to get it the 2nd of December and I got it the 21st. It was packaged in two boxes with bubble wrap and arrived intact. The item was as advertised with the only issue being a weird texture on one side of the teapot, though I believe the item was made like this. I would not hesitate to buy other items from this seller.
