The description was individually boxed 1 plug per box as a set of four, but the plugs were loose packed 4 to a plastic bag with no protection between plugs to prevent contact during shipping transit. Luckily it appears that there are no cracked porcelains visible. I did verify description as boxed set of 4 individually boxed plugs before ordering as I wished to keep the original packaging. Appreciated the free shipping!
