I asked them to ship me a white phone with a return label and I’d ship red back and they refused saying I’d have to ship the phone back first. I told them I’d order a white phone from another vendor, return the red to them and leave them a bad review or they could just ship me a white phone and I’d ship the red back, they opted for the bad review so here we are.

After the other phone I purchased was returned and refunded, the seller stopped responding to my messages and completely ignored any of my messages asking about the partial refund. Pick another seller for better quality.
