Evri courier the reason no doubt so good seller let down by courier. Would buy again from seller if Royal Mail was used.     the dispatcher did not send me the ordered part as it was the wrong colour instead they sent me an email stating the above im not sure of any other contractor but i dont always check my emails so the parts i ordered where over a week late which i found to be un acceptable , ADVERTISE WHAT YOU STOCK only all i have to say on the matter wont be using this seller again they cost me the job with the delay .

    I messaged you straight away when you ordered about the colour of the duct connector which is in stock, just incase the colour was important, I then messaged you again some days later, it is hardly my fault you choose not to respond to messages sent, it really was your fault there was a delay by not responding to the messages, if you had responded when I first messaged you then there would have been no delay, you wont be ordering from me again as you are blocked
