UK tracked 24 product not delivered for over 10 days and not chased with RM, messages not responded to or the responded messages are non-answers, and no eagerness to meet the buyer's urgency to resolve the delivery or comm issues. I've given up trying to reach out but will not cede until I recieve my refund. I see that some of the other buyers have had better experiences with this seller, but that hasn't been the case with me in any degree. Please note that, packages can occasionally get lost in transit.
