    Yes, this is a new carburetor and yes, it looks like it is for the right application however it doesn’t work. Needle valve was stuck right out of box. Needle valve appears too large and does not allow fuel flow into the bowl. Had to use needle valve from old carburetor to make it work. Cheap Chinese junk!
