    The item, an ice maker for my refrigerator, was advertised as OEM, New, and in Original Packaging. My refrigerator is a Sub-Zero, and the ice maker shipped to me was another brand (Servo). It was not in original packaging and it arrived dirty, as if it had been used before. Also, the seller was not responsive to my questions and was also rude. I have not yet installed it in my refrigerator, so I do not at this time know if it works or not. All in all, not a good buying experience.
