Only a letter that stated the item will arrive in "due course" because of changes in international trade policies. After a week has gone by, I messaged the seller about the item's whereabouts and still no reply. Due to a system issue with eBay Japan and an unfair account restriction by eBay HQ, we’ve been unable to deliver products for over three months.
