Just left the two massive boxes outside my 3 level brownstone's front door. I just assumed it was the wind or someone who rang the wrong doorbell. Got a business call & then happened to check my cell & realized that was the delivery! Delivery service was totally unacceptable! All they had to do was acknowledge the book case was being delivered & I would have tipped them good to bring it to my 2nd floor.
