My wife was at home waiting for the item and the driver claimed to attempt delivery. Not true. So I asked for a drop off at one of the official locations for pickup. Didn’t do that either. Had to get management involved to get the delivery. Seller needs a different company for deliveries. My wife loves her vacuum so all is well now.
