I have this connected to the same outdoor antenna I use for digital over the air TV and it works great. Tuner is precise and has car audio receiver quality in a stand alone unit. The Sangean audio quality though is a bit disappointing even on HD Radio channels. Everything feels pulled into the mid range on sound, but I still love having this as an addition for my home entertainment.
