I am a seasoned mechanic and shop owner who is intimately familiar with headlight installs, so I do know for a fact that the light has the locking tabs on the inside rather than the outside. The vent holes did not allow me to place the light in upside down. Excellent packaging and awesome pricing. Fast free shipping!
