    Wouldn’t buy from this seller at any means, product broke less than 24 hours of wearing it and they refused to offer a full refund as said all others sold didn’t have problems as if that’s my fault, then offered 50% refund which wasn’t worth a broken product, then started to not reply to any of my messages so had to bring it up with eBay where I had to open a case, after I upscaled it to eBay I finally got a refund in my favour, wasn’t worth the agg!!!!! And stone fell off!

    Buyer claimed they don't know how to measure wrist, eventually they went for adjustable size, adjustable bracelet also comes with instructions on how to adjust size and not to stretch beyond an inch as stone settings can loosen. Buyer clearly broke the bracelet, but said it arrived broken, I video record packaging process which shows it was in perfect condition. It would take a lot of force to break this, I've sold 100s of these without issue across my stores, this bracelet is very well made.
