I got a tracking number for the item right away but it never got picked up per the tracking info. Tried to contact them and they would respond for days. They told me it shipped but in never showed it did. I never got the item. After trying to have them help me that was not there, I had to contact ebay after 2 weeks to try to get the item or get a refund. Ebay finally got me my money back. I would not use them!!
