I requested another status update, again, but have not received any acknowledgement. I do understand that things happen, but the lack of communication is not acceptable.

Horrible seller who would have kept the money had eBay not had pitches guaranteed. Do not trust this seller - worst experience ever. Had they been up front and admitted they never had item or could not sell to me it would have been fine, however, they simply could not take ownership of the situation and admit issue occurred.
