I believe they used a file photo instead of actual photo of the sale ring. Chocolate diamonds have several levels/shades of darkness. I had, and they advertised images of a ring on the darker end. They sent initially one that was in my opinion on the lightest side. They offered a replacement after I sent them a photo of my original and did a return. The replacement ring had the same lightness. Misrepre.
