    The screen was defective, backlight was damaged and clearly not tested before sending out. Returning was a hassle and the whole ordeal was a waste of time.

    We test every screen before we ship them out and stand by our product with a 30-day full money back guarantee. We reached out to the buyer to try and help them with the issue because 9/10 any issues that arise are from not attaching the flex cable firmly to the board. Unfortunately, they did not want to answer any of our questions. We accepted the return and received the screen back and it worked with no issues.
