After 3 weeks of no movement of the bose not being shipped, I contacted seller he/she/ they claim they will ship within 2-3 days, after an extra 2 business days of no movement, I requested ebay to step in, you look further into the comments this is an ongoing issue with this seller.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER. Two weeks after purchasing I contacted the seller to ask when it will be shipped. They replied “48 hours”. Three days later the item was marked as “shipped” but no tracking number was provided. I asked the seller for a tracking number and was given a link to a Chinese website I could not read. Two weeks later, the item gets marked as “delivered” but it never arrived. Now the seller is ignoring my messages.
