An entire head full of hair stuck in the under brush of the vacuum....totally unsanitary. They coukd have at least cut the hair out.... look!!! I want half refund..it's disgusting!!

It was my mistake I thought I had cleaned it out . But I did give the buyer full refund and let them keep the vacuum . They got a free vacuum for my mistake
