Item listed as excellent condition but blazer damaged on arrival and unable to remove with steaming. Seller claimed it is how the fabric is, however it is clearly not as it is in patches.

We are so sorry you have had this negative experience. As mentioned the suit has never been worn and arrived to us like that. We believe the steaming may have caused the fabric to pucker which we think is a fault in the fabric. We are more than happy to offer a refund and return x
