Received computer. Unable to use. Needs username and password. Contacted seller and he is unavailable for 3 weeks. Contacted Dell, but they could not help because the service code had been wiped off. Waiting for seller to advuse me what to do next. Could not restore to factory original. I don't think this computer is any good. Not happy right now and am looking for a replacement.
