The seller sent the computer with damage in very thin packaging. trying to shift the blame onto me or the delivery. but the packaging was intact and the computer had a dent

AND NOW THE REST OF THE STORY. We shipped it to their address in the US and they did not report any damage. We use a State Of The Art foaming system as good if not better than Dell OEM so that exposes the "thin packaging" lie. What they fail to explain is that they had it FORWARDED to Ukraine with a fly by night FREIGHT service and the box looked like it had been stacked under 200lb packages resulting in the damage they encountered. We STILL offered to accept the Return but they refused it !
