You placed and paid for your order on Friday May 17th at 10:17PM PST (saturday EST), per my shop's processing period policy, I am obligated to ship item by Wednesday may 22nd.
Item was shipped out on Wednesday with ebay standard envelope and tracking # was provided. You requested a refund on thursday and today claiming it has been 8 days and insinuated that I was withholding your item maliciously. May 17-May 24, that's 7 calendar days.
